does anyone know if these hoods have a provision for mounting the insulator on them?

i can't seem to find one of these hood insulators anywhere, not toyota parts zone....any other leads? my haggard looking hood insulator is bugging the crap out of me.

I am half assed shopping for a CF hood and i am curious if anyone has positive recommendations or negative feedback on the current offerings for our cars. I found this one on ebay, but i am a bit weary of buying a piece that needs such go od fitment and finish site un seen...

That is rippin! E85 at 10.6:1 with low boost on a ct-26 might be a killer budget setup.

All i can say is sweet louvers and digi dash! Just buy the modenas and keep the mkiv wheels. Money is highly overrated.

Do a compression test while you are doing plugs. Hopefully you can rule rings out with good results.

Are your plugs oily?

My spec stage 2 (sprung single disk) also shudders when slipping 1st. Hopefully i will get to see if it can take 500 ft/lbs soon. It held at sub 400 great. I am also curious to hear more from twin disk users. The OS set up sure seems nice how tough are they to get?

i would imagine the stock one has length for the AC pump. I have eliminated that so I don't think a stock length belt would work out for me.
