IH2 is the clip that it comes from. It comes from the engine harness. It's not the ecu. From what you said you are missing the clips from the engine side of the harness thats why I gave you the colors of the wires. Take pics so that we can see what your working with.

In neutral it made a whining sound kinda like low power steering fluid but not loud at all. no clicking. I think you have Munchausen syndrome by proxy. LOL

Is the starter not strong enough? or is it more like cold start injector? Mine fires right up.

IIRC There are three One goes to the cold start injector, one is the fuel return line, And the last is the one from the tank. I'll see if I can find some pics.
