i would recommend 3" seeing that your IC is 4 inches thick chances that your inlet and outlet are atleast 3 inches is pretty damn good so i would say 3 inch piping i did 2.5 inch and from now on i will go 3 inch

well tissimo got one with 92K on the dial for 1690 shipped to his door from JHOT i will be getting one from them as well... 1.5JZ is good but the 2JZ head does flow just a tad bit better some here or on SF has bench flowed them and the 2J came out on top

yea just get a 1JZ bellhousing and flywheel and yur 154 will bolt right up then you just use a stock 7MGTE driveshaft

im going with the 2J cause its pretty much a built 7M from the factory you dont need to fully build the engine to do my 650whp goal and i've had my experiences with 1Js and they are NOT impressive. but that just my opinion
