Where is your afm in the sysytem.. make sure that all the air enering the motor passes through the afm first

For me price doesn't really matter as long as the part justifies the cost ... for 1800.00 it better be a damn good intake!! If it is I wouldn't have a problem spending the money

ditch the Ignitor and run a M&W ignition box ... the pro 14... Just use the Aem to trigger the box directly. It works really well.
