i can feel mine kick in at 3500RPM when the car is cold but once it warms up i cant feel anything at all just smooth acceleration the whole way

Im having the same problem with my N/A. It has a miss that makes the car backfire every once in a while when im idling. I checked my plugs and they were massively gummed up with carbon residue. Would this be related to supradjza80's problem but his being CPS and mine distributor??

I was there(as duane said) and his launch was F-ING NUTS!!!!!. I dont think ive ever seen a car actualy hook that good at mission before. No problem with the help Duane, im always free to lend a helping hand.

from my experience only the N/A pre 89's have that fuseable link instead of the actual fuse like the turbo's and 89+'s do. its really wierd

Today i was driving into town to lordco and i had my heat turned on to defrost my windows, when i stopped and turned the car off and took the key out the heater stayed running for at least 5-10 seconds after and the numbers displaying the temp flashed back and forth from one number to the other...

my N/A does low 15's with just exhaust done and on street tires....

Everytime i drive into chilliwack around midnight i see a RHD silver MK4 parked infront of Pricesmart, it has 604autosound stickers on the rear windows, some sort of aftermarket rims, and it is non-turbo i think(theres no turbo badging). Anyone here own this????
