    Early Fall Meet

Thanks to all for the planniing and effort put into this meet. Looking forward to a May ? meet next year. Of course the Beach was a special stop over for a landlocked couple. Next year we plan to just stay afterwards at Va Beach for a few days. Not sure now what my winter mods will be...

    Early Fall Meet

Jordan As for me it is this weekend or bust. I looked at the weather also, Supra rarely gets wet but it happens sometimes. Like you said a "few" early am showers. From the looks of it I do not see a washout. Lets hope the front moves a bit faster as opposed to slower ^^ You guys...

Another New FFIM might be on the market soon $600

Just a few thoughts. You may want to consider that the R&D for our cars save a few vendors we see and hear from on SupraMania is almost non exsistent. I agree with most of the points made so far, however all the listing asked for was legit feedback. If you are so inclined to do so...

    in hood headlights

I know it is all in personal preference. The stock hide aways do just about everything right. They are hidden durring the day and at night no one can really tell or care where they are mounted. Car looks much cleaner w/o headlights showing anyway.

    Question about sipracingmailorder.com

I have also ordered from Rich. Items arrived fast and due to the need for an exchange he was right there to help me out. Rates as an A+ vendor in my book.

to fin or not to fin?

It is your Supra. With that being said go with what you like. If you like the no spoiler look then go with it. Nothing wrong with a sleeper look. I am not familiar with the functionality of our spoilers, so I am not certain you will lose anything but some weight.

    sm gear

Jack Just a few thoughts for you to ponder. Instead of a member going through the process of getting SupraMania stickers made, might you consider providing them free once a contribution of a set amount was recieved ? This could serve to strengthen the site and allow members to display...

Subscribed Wade Thanks for taking the time to take the pictures. I know one had the parts you used in it, but a parts list with numbers would be nice for those that are vision (or age) imapired ^^

Stranded Emergency Help: Starter turns over by itself??

Sounds to me like his push start switch needs closer inspection. I woul pull the switch. Not sure how many leads he has feeding into it, but I am certain since he did it that he knows where each lead goes to. If he disconected one lead and the starter stopped spinning, then you have your answer.

Gauging interest: 91-92 6.5" Speaker pods

In order to fully maximize this mod, would you not also need the panels from a 91 - 92 ? Seems you loose nearly 1/3 of the speaker if you simply mount the 6.5 speaker behind the smaller grills on the earlier models. Or does it not really impair the speaker much to have a third of it...

    Early Fall Meet

Jordan I have the affliction of age called sometimers, sometimes I remember things right and sometimes I do not. Sorry on the mix up. It was Tony that called me while you were there. He is also the one w/o a Supramania nick I believe. I do have a clean 20 foot car, ( Looks good from that...

    Early Fall Meet

Medic I plan on driving down from Pa Friday night to Willamsburg Va. I have a nephew that will take me and my Supra girl in for the night. If I were not leaving early, I would have enjoyed cruising down with you. Glenn Does the one that travels the longest distance get an extra burger...

...and now for something completely stupid

You are not alone in that mistake. I did the same last year after a total rebuild. Tired, excited, and very forgetful. No damge at all as it was a box end 19mm snap on. It will remind you to double check your work, not such a bad thing. I can not begin to tell you how many pieces of iron I...

    oil catch can install

Thanks Jdub I believe I can find a PCV valve to fit directly into the accordian hose and then into my T going from catch can to TB. With it plumbed as you have said, but w/o this check vavle could it be a possible factor with my current oil leak dilema ?

    oil catch can install

Forgive me for resurecting this gem of a thread. I have my CC plumbed as per JJ and Jdubs recomendation. Due to some untimely oil leaks ( location yet to be determined ) but it is looking like Cam seals or having to redo the cps o-ring again. CPS not leaking internaly. With this...
