Hmmm So there was a large meet called the Mid-Atlantic Meet. Perhaps something to consider as VA Beach is certainly about Mid Atlantic. Loacation and familiarity line up nicely. May be some long time Supra owners out there that used to attend that meet.

You are getting power to the unit, so no need to look at the fuse box unless you have a seperate amp wired into the system. It sounds like either your speaker harness got twisted upon install, or it is not securely plugged into the back of the head unit.

Are you certain your clutch kit was for an NA and not a Turbo ? It sounds to me like you got the R154 clutch kit. IMBW.
