The rubber bearing part fits right in, the only fabricating required is a 1"x4" (roughly) piece of iron, or the like, with two holes drilled in it. It takes all of 15 minutes of fabricating.
You guys could also install a center bearing from a Ford Ranger for cheap! I did mine about 2 years ago and all is well. I believe I spent all of $30 from rock auto.

Is this death whine from the turbo? I have never had a turbo go bad on me yet. I am 99% sure it's a bad turbo strictly from the smoke on deceleration when I come to a stop and every so often at idle. Just curious if this is the whine people talk about?

Hey Bird I feel your pain man... My turbo took a shit Saturday after some sweet sweet evo stompin in the mountains. So now every stop light my car does "the bird".
I am 99% sure that connector would be for an EGR Temp sensor. Only Cali cars have that. Gotta love California!
