    I guess you can specify how thin you'd like it! Traditional porting is just about useless for a 7M manifold as you can barely get in past the openings.

    Not really sure where you'd get it done in the States! It's sometimes called "Power Porting" They pump a slush of abrasive material through it for a few hours and it sands the inside bigger/smoother! Haven't had a quote on a 7M manifold but I wouldn't expect it to be cheap unless they've...

    You could get it extrude honed Turk... It seems to give good results as it removes material right from the port all the way to the turbo flange. Only downside would be if you can't use the stock braces with the new Turbo it may be prone to cracking.
