    Turkish: If you have a PWR Steer leak up the front it can run down into the chassis rail then when you jack the front of the car up gravity does the rest!

    Most of our cars are 15 years+ and my guess is Nash is going on the side of safety as we all know how fussy 7M's can be with cooling issues. Scenario: 16 psi cap pinhole in the heater core or one of the old hoses cooling system sucks in some air you get an air pocket it turns to steam...

    If the rest of the cooling system is fine (hoses heater core and so on) no reason not to run it!

    1st I'd check and make sure you actually have a problem it would be really rare for the valve to jam on an old pump! If you can borrow a sender try that or if you have a mechanical gauge even better. Once you confirm it's over pressure then we can move on to the pump.
