    Orion: I ran a GT30 .63 ar on a stock 7M last year and while it's a fun turbo it will choke, a .82 or 1.06 is a much better choice. GT's spool very differently than T04's. Demianu27: For me it's 30 years of experience LOTS of research and reading and a bit of skill and luck!

    Recently I saw some "King" bearings that were totalled in a short period of time and looked mashed with the bearing material all squeezed out the sides!

    Any metal you'll find should be non ferrous at this stage (I'd hope it's not down to the backing plate of the bearing so soon) Unless the Oil Filter's really blocked and bypassing it should have caught it all before it's found it's way into the Turbo! Did they mention which brand bearings...

    I'm not sure on what choice in stock pads you have so maybe some of the guys can jump in here but yes it's time for new ones! (I don't run stock callipers)

    Sounds like the pads are down to the wear clips. It makes this noise to get your attention so you replace the pads before they kill the rotors.

    Reconditioned rack/Pump new Filter and a Cooler cleaned out the Reservoir so far it's perfect.

    If they cut it 2nd under or smaller this is under the Toyota hardening add to this if it was built tight and they didn't use a good moly assembly lube it could have scuffed a bearing on the first startup. Each time it cold starts a bit more bearing material is transferred to the crank as the...
