Well, It seems that the Haste model at least accepts OEM mounts, so that's nice.
PS- If your cooling system truly has a safety margin, that would mean that your 'boost runs' wouldn't make the temp rise at all. Before I had my new rad, my car's temp would start creeping up in the summer...
I have a CSR aluminum rad, and It works great. It's shaped exactly like a stock unit, but is a 2 row unit made completely of aluminum, so it's a compromise between stock and high performance(~PWR) design. It's also at a middle price- I paid $230. If I had to buy off of Ebay, I'd prolly give the...
Or you could split the difference and pick up a set of Probe forged units.
:naughty:
BUT- if you're not looking for >400HP, I don't think you need them.
I agree. When you rev it up, do you hear a whistling/whining sound from the turbo? If a hose is semi-popped or popped off, the turbo tends to spin a bit faster.
Same with fan shrouds. I looked on Ebay and in the for sale section for a good used(~20 yr old) one, but no luck, except for one on E-gay going for $145! I ordered a brand new one from Jay Marks for $67! Waiting by the door for it to arrive.
LMAO! Yeah. I think we might have found part of the problem. Time your cams as per TSRM. Also, judging by video #3, I think I see another reason you have no power- You have NO GAS.

Yes, but it only takes a little while for the ecu to relearn things.
However, If the ecu WAS the problem, resetting it won't change anything that would keep it from starting, as far as I can imagine. Have you yet done what I suggested?
And if that didn't work, have you checked the obvious, like...
Did you have them disable the factory theft deterrent? Because If you tested it at the store, and they never locked the car for more than 30 seconds or so, It would never have armed. It may have armed when you got home and left it, and when you went to unlock it without the key, it'd disable the...
Personally, I'd prolly do the short shifter mod, and use a larger shift boot,
so that it'd look a bit more at home. And as for the grill, I would also suggest
some sort of chrome or billet insert to allow airflow, but close up the hole,
as previously mentioned above. AND- paint the IC black.
Saw this a while back, thought it was relevant.

I'm really sorry, man.
And that's just a kick in the nuts about paying storage fees.
"Hey- some guys stole your car and drove it for a while, but then they needed some cash, so they stripped the cool shit and sold it. If it wouldn't be too much bother, could you just go ahead and pay a thousand...
My first ride in a turbo was a black 87 targa 5 speed, and I was shopping for my first Supra. I gave it some throttle, and thought, " hmm. That's nice I guess". I think the car was only making like 3 psi, so it was nothing impressive, so I figured if that's as fast as the turbos are, I'll just...
Was gonna say the same thing. Almost every set of ex. valves I've seen had hard white carbon(?) buildup. I found it WAY too tiring to try to grind it off, so I just got new ex. valves.
I've never opened or closed my doors by the glass, and hardly ever is there someone in the passenger seat, yet they're both worn equally. Gotta inspect it more thoroughly though, to see where things are going wrong.
Edit- Just had a thought- if the windows themselves are pressing against the...
