you mean the threads on the tire rod are siezed to the rack and pinion threads? im theres a locknut you have to loosen before the tie rod will thread out. if you get the lock nut off, count the turns it takes to unthread it and put the new one on the same amount so when u drive it to get the...

i think someone did a comparison of an eagle rod to a top end rod with pics, cant remember who. showed the quality wa spretty good on the eagle side, although they didnt get into the specs and tolerances.

if the o-ring is on the cps, its sealed. RTV wont help. are u sure its coming out around the CPS housing? did you block off the ports on top of the valve covers?

IIRC the zeitronix has its own built in power output for the boost sensor.

MK4 parts are newer by 10 years, there still around. wait till 2017 and see how parts availability is for a MK4, itll be the same as a MK3 right now.
