    Bosch 023 in tank pump

I see, well that would be the one to go with i guess, being rated at 100 amps (continuous?) Found a good pdf on bosch pumps and flowrates: http://www.lucasinjection.com/_borders/fuelpumps.pdf Looks like the 413 pump (last on list) is even bigger then the 044 flowing the same 200l/h but at...

    Bosch 023 in tank pump

You wouldn't happen to know the maximum amperage a stinger can output would you? It has PWM outputs but i dont know if it could handle the amperage of a big pump. As i was researching pumps i ran into this. The part about the 98-04 mustangs in this web page...

    Bosch 023 in tank pump

So twin walbro is best option? What about the check valves? Or the unknowing failure possibilities? I have ideas for a warning system but I would still rather run a single pump for simplicity. Would there be any problems running the 2 walbros full time?

What would you recommend IJ? A dual pump setup? Could I use the A1000 as external with the stock intank or would the stock intank restrict the a1000?

Would it be that hard to fit into the tank? Why would I use as a prefilter?

    Bosch 023 in tank pump

Well the reason I ask because the walbro 255 is usually good for up to about the 500 mark But at that power it's on the edge iirc. I'm looking for a pump that will handle 500+ but I want a simple fuel system with one pump. I'd run an A1000 but I don't think there self priming and I don't want...

can't adjust fuel pressure to below 55psi - what gives

Jdub: I was unsure it he was running the a-1000 inline with the walbro, but I see now it's the model of regulator.

Clarification on Vf signal and tuning.

Using something to log the VF to a line graph makes easy work of being able to tell open or closed loop and how your tune is. I have mine logged with Zeitroniz and you can tell as soon as rpm and tps is up the VF would drop off sharply.

can't adjust fuel pressure to below 55psi - what gives

You have a walbro or an A-1000 pump? I would doubt a walbro is too much pump for the regulator, unless the regulator is no good there is probably a restriction in the return setup.

    reassure me on 2 hoses

16282 looks good but 16267 i dont believe to be the correct hose. That hose i believe goes to the throttle body. The hose your referring to appears to be 90339-16001 as far as i could tell.

Clarification on Vf signal and tuning.

Most likely over thinking it. Safc has no load input for tuning? you should consider a maft gen2 if the answer to that question is a no.

maybe too much pump for the regulator and return line? what was fuel pressure with the old gauge? did you change anything except the gauge? and why is the title to your picture mirrored? lol

    Antisurge/Ported Shrouds

Would the surge, or stall be incurred when the exhaust push on the exhaust wheel isnt strong enough to continue to spin the shaft against the load on the compressor wheel?
