    Loctite and a torque wrench..... You may have stretched the inside bore of the Cam Pully, seriously doubt you'd bend a Cam as they break easily.

    Get them to plastigauge the journals and see what the clearances are and if in spec use them.

    The "Donkey Dick" Hose does weird things to the intake flow and can cost HP (I used to run one) Looks great but I with the guys get a good camera to do it justice :)

    Tig: Correct! The Rod holes squirt the Bore Thrust surface and the Block squirters spray underneath of the Piston Crown. If you do those Oil system mods you "should" be able to make enough pressure at idle/low RPM to keep the block squirters open and provide lube for the skirts!

    2) is a leaking heater core. Could be a symptom of a BHG or the cause of the overflow due to air pockets when it leaks inside the car.
