    Disced: The one I'm thinking of was a 2JZ cutNshut Vs a GTE. Doesn't really matter anyway as I said once you boost it means very little and even flow off boost isn't going to be a huge benefit as the motor isn't making much in the way of power (might help drivability a tiny amount).

    If it's been prepped correctly it shouldn't have ryst but it may have lost ring tension. I'd pull it down and replace em just for peace of mind.
