    LMAO @ some of the posts here :)! Yes as noted Green blocks do move around a bit so a good condition seasoned block is a better base! Having said that good luck finding one! Things I found were cracks in the deck between the Steam holes and the headbolt holes, Most had been bored...

    Ant: Way back when I ran temp gauges all over my 240 I saw a trend of Engine Oil following Water temps quite closely! I adjusted all of the pumps and T Stats to keep it all within safe limits then ignored it all ;)

    Yep HUGE job as ALL of the under dash gear needs to be installed as well as cutting out the firewall and welding in the RHD one as the Air Con has a bulge.

    Ummm because it's a HUGE job and something I'd think twice about before tackling.

    More rebuild questions.

    Proper assembly and break in is required. I ran on the low side of spec in my last build and had 0 bearing issues ie:knock or spun bearings.
