    Sorry wasn't ignoring you I don't have any experience with them and thought someone that had would be better to answer! I know a few of the CT Upgrades tend to be timebombs due to the small shaft so wouldn't risk using them..

    Post the graph if something went amiss it'll show on that. The aluminium Shaft WON'T "reduce the loss" all it will do is change the pmoi and accelerate faster.

    Block has to come out and be stripped. If your budget is that tight I'd go with a comosite gasket and keep the boost a bit lower.

    Probably couldn't measure a difference on a dyno it would be that small CS.

    Duane: AEM supply button heads for the Tin cover but I still had to machine 2mm off each adjuster bolt for clearance. My above post was really just about the belt tension as it has potential if set wrong to jump teeth :(
