Rent a disused commercial property build some living quarters in a corner move a bunch of bodies in to split the costs and take on Mk3 work or rent space to people with no place to work on their cars.

It makes brilliant power and doesn't seem to taper off with the new IC and pipes.

Depending on the price I'd look at some new Toyota springs if you're not raising the limit.
If you plan on running it at high rpm for extended periods get the very best springs you can afford.
Ferrea duals @ 8000 rpm for sustained runs :(

Graz: Only way I'd bother with a JDM is if I was going to rebuild it fully before dropping it in, It's still a used motor that you have NFI what it's history is.
I'd prefer to use my own motor as a base.
