Aaron: Same Rad Same 10 blade GTE Fan on a Stock GTE Fan Clutch 0 issues.
Been running this way for a few years now but I'm on NEW 86.5 mounts.
(this is why I wondered if the 89+ Mount might put the motor at a different angle or maybe closer to the rad?)
Being one of "the turbo guys" I could either a) take offence and flame back
b) see the humour in the post and make a crack along the lines of even lacking chicks dig fast cars so we still get ALL the action something NA guys will never know anything about"
or c) Abuse my Mod powers ban...
A full "kick" will break the tires loose on even the most underpowered cars and once the initial shock loads breaks traction they spin easily.
Very hard on the driveline from the engine mounts to the wheels studs and everything else in between.
Fanning the clutch is another thing...
Chris: You're deluded if you think an NA Supra is a quick car or in any way comparable to a Turbo one.....
I probably did more miles in my NA in one year than you've done in your car total (75,000 km's) so I have a pretty good feel for how they drive and their good/bad points.
