    Chunks: They're okish if you use more rpm and slip it it's just when you try and drive them like stock they're a pig ;)

    There is a table for duty cycle each 1000 rpms check that I didn't leave my settings in there.

    Colin: It's just a suggestion to make sure it's on the safe side last thing you want is spark blowout. Ideally the biggest gap that will still fire is the best but not knowing what condition or state of modification the car is in I err on the side of caution.

    But they don't have the Marcel wave springs in between the friction surfaces and these are what give the nice smooth soft engagment in a stock clutch ;)

    1 heat range colder and 25 thou should be safe enough as long as the fuel system can keep up.
