    Think my GroupA Pan came with -12 fittings so that's what I used but usually I use around -8>-10 on BB turbos.

    Non BB yes as they flow quite a bit of oil (BB has a pair of 1mm restrictors to limit flow)

    STD size sounds some warning bells. Rarely will you find a STD size 7M bore that will hone up for the new rings and be round, true and small enough to give the correct piston to bore clearence. You'll end up building a Blowby, Piston Slapping PoS :(

    Sean: Nah screwing half a kitchen table to the car will do very little for our cars. See if you can find some Group A Race car underhood shots and have a look how they did the bracing if you really want to stiffen up the front of the car. Rarely do bolted in members make a difference.
