Jag: I'd guess a bit higher as it managed to blow the 2mm HKS Stopper between 3 cylinders as well :(
One thing I noticed on that intake was it drummed a bit at idle due to the intake pulses and in time would have failed along the lines of what Supra1 was suggesting.

The HKS Gaskets are the fussiest for surface smoothness so there aren't a lot of alternatives for the prep work if you want it to seal.
You could get it all surfaced with normal cutters then hand lap it.
