    Stinger with 7M ignition - 3rd coil going nuts

    You need to get a dwell curve for whatever coils you're using and program that into the Stinger (if it will let you use a table) this will stop you cooking Coils. (ask how I know this) It also gives a nice FAT spark for starting and pulls some as the voltage in the car rises with RPM.

    No Heat .. Sometimes?

    Sometimes the CC fries an amplifier and won't let the heater door open so even if the VSV is open and the Heater core is full of hot water you still don't get heat. :(

    Suze: Well done! (much better way than the Toyota ClusterFu.. ummm Igniter! ;) ) Be careful how much dwell you feed the new one though!

    TF: If you have a straight edge hold it across the block and head around there and see if there are any lows in either. For the gasket to deform at all there has to either be detonation or low pressure on the surfaces near by ie: loose bolts (compared to the rest) or lows in the surfaces.

    Your "good Clevites" are going to be "good NDC's" in Clevite boxes anyway ;) They're already coated from the factory so only need some assembly lube and correct Oil pressure before the motor ever fires.

    Ummm it has an airflow meter so it knows how much fuel to add to the incoming air ;) Following your reasoning a turbo motor would run rich off boost then.

    Squirters spray under the piston domes Rod holes spray the thrust surface of the bore (and provide a fail point)
