Strip the black one and put it on a rack and build 1 decent car out of the 2.
The big component is straightening a shell is them removing and refitting parts if you rock up with a bare shell on a trailer it's not going to cost a lot.

Correct way is Rods are sized xx + or - the bearings are installed, rods are torqued in a rod vice then micced.

On my car there is pretty well 1 way that everything will fit in there so that's how it came out.
