I got an 89 with grey interior, can't figure out if it's their dark or medium grey...
if I'm paying more for it to come in a color I don't want to have to paint it...
they have hoods for them so you MIGHT have luck...
I'll more than likely be getting some in green/white, they thought it out pretty well, they're bright white during the day, turn on oyur headlights, green to match teh factory backlighting...
Just dunno how much I'm gonna trust that boost...
it's a good idea, I've had certain situations where I'd like to drop the headlights without turning off the rest...
the issue is the retractor control relay has a bunch of different relays in it instead of everything being on easily seperated circuits...
if the steering wheel was larger and/or the steering ratio was cahnged, I wouldn't mind going without P/S...
but I like my P/S and A/C, creature comforts are what the supra has always been about IMHO...
I replaced all mine with bosch icons (not cheap, but worth it) the wiper arms are easy, sand em smooth and do a bunch of thin coats of engine enamel (stain black). looks brand new too. I DO have the original rear wiper somewhere though (I know it's original, has that old toyota symbol on it...
valve stem seals are bad on these engines, you have 4 of them for each cylinder that can leak LOL
when I took my head apart (about 150K miles on the engine) all that was left of the valve stems was the metal cover to them and the little spring...no actual seal material left...
yeah, I hear yah
a simple spoiler stops the natural lift caused by the low pressure zone, it doesn't really cause "downforce" but it does keep it stable at speed
I dunno about the pre-89 wings, but i know the 89+ ones do have some thought put into them...
the spoilers work
look at the back bumper of a wingless and notice how it doesn't get as dirty as quickly as a car with a wing
noticed this with my friend matt's N/A and my turbo (both 89's)
the dust and dirt settle on the bumper easier with the wing, so it is doing something...
I've known people that are very VERY careful that got ripped off... the only explaination was the bank's system itself got hacked into...but they would NEVER admit that...
most of the vaccum lines that you can get aren't metric, but standard sizes, so they're not quite the same size. use zip ties to make sure they stay on right...
