    Duesenberg's used DOHC engines, hence their speed most of your really exotic cars used DOHC... not to mention in the early days of automotives, electric cars where winning at first...

    same here...also ends the drone for a bit so you might regain your sanity (can you tell I hate my exhaust?) elbow only sounds pretty sweet, but it's not good for your car (O2 sensor is pretty open, not to mention hot exhaust by your brake lines, ect...)

    I recommend getting every part of the assembly new from the dealer as the parts do eventually wear out, and then bad things happen (snap ring machines the lip off the hub leaving you with no clutch or even stranded)

    all I see is a hole with it gone... you could polish it up or something, nothing really bad about having it (unless of course you get air in it and it's a bitch to bleed the air out...)

    ummmm... rally cars run ABS (ever seen the super advanced stuff the Evo's are running?) if you need to cut a corner, pull the e-brake or use your right foot...

    think of it this way, if it fails, you get low fuel pressure, run lean and BOOM that's why the J-tube is in place in our cars, to give us enough fuel pressure to limp home. I would NOT skimp on a FPR...

    I loved embarassing guys with monster lifts in my lowly 82' Hilux truck... even embarassed quite a few jeeps...and it had open diffs front and rear. wasn't there a 4WD tercel or something? seen those piss some people off too...

    it's a huge ass tap...and so is the easy out you have to use to remove the bolt when it snaps during removal (had the machine shop take it out when the head was redone)
