yep i love my 7m although lets face it the guys getting the big hp on this forum have the know how to get big hp out of just about anything,give them a ride on mower and theyd have it putting down 400hp+ by the end of the weekend.:biglaugh:

ive seen this before in a car when they put the clutch plate in back the front but since yours has been in for a while id be guessing its either worn out and your getting metal clutch pad rivets scratching your flywheel or maybe youve lost or are in the process of a broken or dislodged clutch...

i wouldnt use the words "many people have been running 11's" in a full weight mark3 .Takes a fair bit of know how coupled with some great driving and a few dollars all rolled in one.Any reason why you want to go 11"?why not set the bar a bit lower and make your first goal 13 sec and work on that...

its great to have a goal but why not just slowly add bits towards your goal, such as one month buy a intercooler and hardpipes, next month ebc,next month exhaust and downpipe, e.t.c rushing out spending money all at once and compromising on the quality will only make you kick your own ass down...

best results i saw was getting a head pro to work the ports and watching and learning while they do it so you can pick up a few tips and resuse the info for other projects down the track, getting the head done in my case saw dramatic improvement in coming on boost sooner and just a great broad...

what size headgasket ? any machine work to either head or block?what pistons?..These factors contribute to interference measurements.cheers.
