I have the fan, ecu, and pump/reservoir/cooler.... ~$150 plus shipping. The shroud is included, but has been cut/trimmed, but you can fit it and put it back together.

Hell naw... There are 2 large bolts accessible at the headlights, then remove the bolts at the fender lining to the bumper cover. Disonnect/remove the foglights, etc... Pretty straightforward...20 minutes max... The whole bumper assembly will come out at once.. not that heavy. Do a search...
