You'd need to plumb it in a decent distance past the O2 sensor, or that would get screwed up readings whenever your BOV opened. The check valve would be required, I think. If you run a cat, I expect it would burn a hell of a lot hotter from the extra O2. I doubt it would make any extra...

Err... what I meant is that I'm pretty certain it cuts both fuel and spark. I'm absolutely certain that it cuts spark, and I'm pretty sure it cuts back fuel as well. However, I'm perfectly willing to be proven wrong on either point.
