Thanks guys for the kind words..The car is sitting on jacks at the moment and as the clutch slave took a dump on me ..I ordered a new clutch slave and clutch master as well as new cam cover seals from driftmotion and they were great to deal with and sent it off straight away so hopefully next...
i went to finally take my car for a spin after the new motor was all done and the clutch went straight to the floor, bloody slave cylinder decided to take a crap on me..fml (slut of a car)
I'm useing the castrol edge 5w-30 and it's runny as water, lol. The motor is pretty fresh so no noisy lifters but only time will tell how well it performs.
Yes it is cheap, i can just use cressida mx83 heads which over here are a dime a dozen. I've never paid more than $100 for good one.
If you lap all the valves your self and fit your own valve stem seals its a very affordable job.
