Got done with that. It's not perfect, but it's WAY better than seeing the yellow urethane underneath.
I still have to do the rear bumper, but I ran out of paint. Gotta get some more.
Nothing big going on here, just still trying to polish off the last of the repair tasks.
Tried painting my header panel today, came out ok, but a little dark. Hopefully it will lighten up slightly as it cures fully.

Well, the build thread in my signature is "project get'r done". In that one i use a metal substrate cat.
In my second build, "project get'r driving", i used a two pass cat. Its made by thunderbolt. No pics of it, though.

Was worried that it was running too hot. I find that going from a cold start(80f ambient) to a
3 minute idle, will bring the temperature of the case up towards 150 degrees. Does this sound normal.
No electrical load...
I believe its a vesitigial part; something that was there for a distributor or something else, in some previous incarnation of the block. Kinda like the access port under the fuel J tube, for running a mechanical fuel pump.
Not sure from the pics, but it sorta looks like its backspaced too far.
