I've got some shadow grey ones and they are droopy. Figured aftermarket (universal replacements) come in black and are much less expensive. New they're ~$125 each (from Toyota). The last time I bought and tried to use a universal set, they fit well, but did not have the electrical connector...

People have used Home Depot foam weatherseal stuff, and some ppl use a bunch of silicone (does NOT work), but for abot $37 from Toyota, I'd starte with the tail light gaskets. If the hatch weatherstrip if FUBAR, then you can start there. Tail light gaskets worked for me.
