Strange... I still think alot of failure was user error. I don't know anyone with a PS2 that failed on them without anything they did. and almost everyone I know has a PS2. If I saw a broken one, it was either dropped, used somewhere with poor air circulation, or just really really dusty...

Funny story... My fan stopped working because I was carrying it in a box and the bottom fell out. System would overheat in a few minutes. I put it on my window sill so the breeze would cool it. Actually worked... but the wind blew it off one day and the fan was knocked back into place. Still...

I got mine back during the shortage. It was hard... I still have my original PS2 too. Lot of people said their originals broke, but I think they just didn't take care of them well... I've never had a system fail on me. All of mine still work (NES, Genesis, all my gameboys, N64, PS1, PS2)

GT4 for motorcycles. It's alot simpler than GT4 but I think polyphony digital might have been testing the waters to see how people would take to this game. I love it though.

Does anyone in here play Tourist Trophy? I play it alot more than GT4. I love this game. I was hoping others played too so we could have time attack challenges like we did for GT4. :] Well, post up if you play and would be interested in doing this. I need someone else to compare times...
