No start after setting a while.

a new wiring harness is a good idea if your current harness is in bad shape. but what you can do is wire in a new 4pin connector that you can find at a local autoparts store. i bought one used for a trailer hitch. -pete

Old window tint and the rear window, need solutions

when i had to replace my door, the window class came with that nasty factory tint. i scraped most of it off with a razor and class cleaner, but it still has residue left on it. i tried almost everything. what worked best for me was one of those portable dry cleaning steamers you use on your...

    Gas tank door

i had the same problem... i thought the cable was just stretched out. i got tired of opening the trunk and pulling the cable manually. what i did was just put a zip tie around the cable between the sleeve and the end of the cable. fixed the problem. sorry cant describe it better -pete

    mk3's and rain

a lot has to do with the tires. if you got a cheap set of rubbers or there isnt much tread (or uneven tread), then your more likely to lose traction.

    maft pro-timing control and more

yes... its a good idea to leave the o2 connected so you can get a good base tune dialed in. you want to satisfy the ecu before you go and remove the o2 sensor. with the o2 connected and before you mess with any fuel settings on the pro, adjust the fuel pressure until you can get the vf signal...
