Old domestic trick as one motor mount is being compressed, the other is being torn apart, that's the one you make solid. Cuts down on vibration.
Do you have the large hex bolt that acts as a stop going through the tranny mount still? If so it's not going to move enough to cause issues...

From a design standpoint it's stupid though. You're increasing the rotation of the bearings many MANY times which will lead to earlier failure and lower tops speeds.

I've been trying to figure out if the JDM cruise control will work on a LHD car, and if it's compatible with our existing system. The JDM setup moves the pedal, so it works fine with a FFIM (like IJ has).

Yeah, they got the lines along the bottom of the car right (the MKII for example is too high in the front and rear), but the Pre-89 front looks a bit better from the side in some ways.
