removing b-pillar trim

cant find anything about removing the b-pillar trim. Im prepping my car for some bodywork and paint and have the body trim off, started removing the window trim. Tried prying a bit at the b-pillar trim but it didnt seem to want to go, so I figured instead of forcing it and breaking it I would just come on down and ask you guys..
are there nuts on the other side that need to be undone? do you have to remove some interior then attack it from the inside? or should I pry harder.

its all one piece from behind drivers window to the rear. would have to remove seat belts seats all that.

Think he means those vents, and yes you have to pull the interior out and get to nuts on the back of it.

yeah it looked like a bit of a big job to remove all that crap and find out the piece(black plastic b-pillar piece, just behind side window) clips on or something.. but its got to be done! the car had been painted at some time and I can see all around the trim where it was masked, looks ugly and needs to be sanded down.

There is a clip in the center, but the two studs are what really keep it on. You'll need a deep socket to get to em...

yeah got my 1/4 drive 8mm and 10mm deep sockets handy from removing the tail lights and trim from the back. the trunk is stripped, need to deal with some rust from the inside of the trunk drivers side rear compartment area... you know under where the rear bumper covers.
not related to the thread title, but the paint on my bumper cover is all crackly, like in a circle pattern where it was hit or something... its all going to be sanded down but do you guys use the same paint as the rest of the car or is there a special flexible paint and primer that needs to be used? seems like regular paint should be fine if its reinstalled carefully and not bumped into by anything!
this paint job is gonna look great, its all about the little details like removing all the trim so you can paint right up underneath it, so when its back together you dont see the ridge where it was masked... or when you remove the tape it pulls the paint off with it!!
