I think you probably have two issues. Has the car always done this or just since you did your mods? At the beginning of your vid, it almost sounded like the notorious CPS wire problem. I'd give it the 'CPS Wire Shake' and see if that helps. BTW: Fan Shrouds are your friend! :)

I fixed the sunspot on the door, took out a lot of the yellow (it was a bit on the warm side), and took out the cyan and blue overtones from the shadow and on the wheels. I also brightened it about as much as possible with it being a low res pic. It's a good pic. The angle is nice and so is...
