Also, the electric fans are year specific, not NA/Turbo. If you have a single one that means you're pre-89 and that probably explains why your expansion valve is so different than mine:

Several of the gaskets in the fel-pro kits are complete garbage.
EGR cooler, throttlebody, O2 sensor, exhaust manifold where all garbage...
Also, don't use the cork oil pan gasket that comes with every kit, use FIPG.
Most of the capsules I've seen remove the blinder, which isn't a good thing as then you'll be directly viewing the bulb and causing glare.

Depends entirely on the damage to the crank. Don't have it turned if it doesn't have to be (hate repeating myself).
The crank is forged, but the journals are surface hardened, and that only goes so deep. Hence why I said DON'T do it unless it's needed.
Hell, the crank might be scrapmetal...
