Stock is linear, progressive is a waste because of the forces built into our suspension design (basicly makes them progressive)
No, I haven't seen any supras with terrible sagging, sagging is much more common on leaf spring suspensions than coil spring.

Like he said, it depends what stripped. Did the head of the bolt strip? Did the threads on the bolt strip? Did the threads in the targa strip?
Also, stripping usually happens from fastening the targa bolts down in the wrong order...
No, as if it dries on stuff it leaves a residue, and it eats aluminum by oxidization, so it's not going to really leave it clean...
Gas would be better, leave it in the sun after it's emptied out and it should all evaporate quickly...
With HID's, YES you want quad high beams as you don't want to be turning the HID on/off. You don't really have to go bi-xenon with a quad setup, though I'm sure you already know that...

I haven't yet, but I can tell you that after hitting the twisties hard the wheel gets noticably harder to turn...
