If they're bent or otherwise damaged, they need to be replaced. When you have it machined they should have the tool to pull them (special slide hammer)
My point is, there is more than likely NOTHING wrong with the rotors besides some surface rust (if they're still within thickness spec). Those cheap rotors will rust as well in short order.
Not to mention decent pads cost as much as that package alone, I WON'T trust my life to cheap brakes...
