    Caught for SpeedRacing.....AGAIN

I'm having a hard time believing that you have actually driven a truck. Simply because someone who has spent the hours behind the big wheel like you claim would have more respect for the achievements of someone else who has done the same or more. You would also understand how inconsiderate...

    Ticking noises and oil pressure...

And get the crank micro-polished, as well as new front/rear main seals. Providing everything is within tolerances, yes that is all you have to do. However, there are more things you could do as well while it is out. If you have the patience, ambition, and money. Nice new shimmed oil pump, or at...

    Ticking noises and oil pressure...

That right there is the key. That is a character trait of the beginnings of 7M rod knock. It happened that way to me and if you search around it has happened that way to many people.

    Ticking noises and oil pressure...

I'm with jdub on this one. I recognize that sound all to well, and it is rod knock, without question. You can pick it out fairly clearly when he holds a high rpm. In the lower rpm range it just sounds like our ridiculously noisy injectors. However when he brings up the rpms you can hear the rod...

    Performance software

Unlike some manufactures ECU's that have serial connections, and replaceable/reprogramable PROM chips. Our ECU is locked down tighter than Fort Knox. The only method of input is to modify the sensor input signals with various piggy backs like mentioned above.

    300 movie

Yes it does, I Have the HD trailer downloaded on my computer. I'm really looking forward to this movie. I met a guy that had the book and he let me read it. The trailer makes a lot more sense after you read the book. And yes, Frank Miller does rock.

    Fuel Pressure Priming

Correct, according to the TSRM the fuel system should maintain ~21 psi for at least 5 min after the engine is turned off.

How high can I turn up boost on stock engine?

That could also be caused by excessive blowby, the PCV system is just pluming tons of oil vapors in to the turbo system. I think most of us with the stock pipes and 150,000 miles or more have a decent amount of oil in the IC and associated pipes, unless we have cleaned them.

Anna nicole smith = =X DEAD

:nono: Where did you get that I was comparing those two? I was expressing my ability to give a damn about certain dead people. And quite frankly I don't, for either of them.

    Fuel Pressure Priming

^^^ Yes, as JetJock is hinting at it's there in case you get into an accident. Once the engine stalls it stops pumping fuel. This is important so that you don't continue to pump fuel to a broken line possibly creating a sever fire hazard. And if a fire does start it's easier for fire crews to...

    Mark III Enthusias

First of all Welcome. Second, I love it when people actually use the full "Mark III" title instead of just shortening it to MKIII. OK now, you wanted to know about the supra and it's characteristics. First, it's an old car, and like all old cars will require maintenance. But if you take care...

USN AT "Intermediate" Pourier here. Navy and proud of it. As far as the whole Marine, Army thing goes. I can't see the training being the same. the basics maybe, but the details must be different. The psychological training is definitely different. I know both of them, and the Marines are a...
