Yep, not to mention ethanol after seperating will evaporate first leaving you with a lower octane gas, hence why having a working evap. system on your car is a good thing.
Really, he should be taking it all apart, cleaning, and regreasing or it will fail in short order (dirt + grease = FUBAR).
Either that or find a good used one...
Clutch switch mod means cruise control won't work IIRC, and also removes that safety feature.
I have his Action Stage 3, I can't comment on his new Stage 4 but if I ever kill this clutch I'm going multiplate and not screwing around.

Comparing blown TEMS to new non-TEMS isn't a fair comparison.
My car didn't have it and I even looked into retrofitting it as it's a luxury GT car and TEMS is nice for cruising.
If you're going to gut your car and race it, ditch it, if you want a nice comfortable car, keep it.
Wherever Wiisass is, I know he could do the revalving.
Kinda want to send him my bilstein setup and see what the spring rates and everything really are...
Then revalve the bilsteins ;)
Know a guy who did SCCA racing and while he loved his revalved koni's, he had to have them rebuilt all the damn time, went bilstein and never looked back...
