Really it's not surprising coming from a news agency that fought for it's right to lie on open airwaves.

This connector goes from the ECU to the body harness. It is called connector E10 and will need to be spliced in if your swapping this engine in to the MKIII.
(This is connector E10 if your reading a MKIV wiring harness. It is connector E7 if your reading a Aristo/GS300 wiring diagrams.)

Same here, and I've never tweeted a single twitter. Come to think of it I've never even been to the web sites. I'm pretty anti-social when it comes to the internet.
Thanks for the reply. The valve stem seals are where i'm leaning next. But I'm also wondering about my pcv system(It's stock). As there is a fair amount of oil in the pipes and where the hose of the pvc system comes off the valve cover and goes to the intake pipe on the exhaust side the is a...

As the title suggests I have a smoking 2JZ. I tend to crop dust during deceleration and during...
Interesting. The claim to be able to be in neutral while the gears are still engaged had me wondering, but I guess it is possible.

I don't hold it against him, It's not like I was expecting him to be able to quote me the year, color code, and engine just by looking at my car. But it was Toyota's flagship model for many years. I would think that he would at least recognize the name, And the fact he called it a Nissan even...
I could live with it being called a 240, hell I've learned to keep the blood pressure low during ford probe comments. I just wasn't expecting friendly fire at a Toyota dealership. :biglaugh:
Yeah I told him(on two different occasions), but he seemed completely disinterested in my Toyota and only wanted to talk about the features of the truck. I even made a comment at one point about how big a Toyota fan I am and I got a weird vibe from him. Almost like he didn't share my feelings...
I guess it just goes to show the sales people don't really know anything, But I was still shocked as hell.
I went to Foothills Toyota in Burlington, WA, to pick up some parts for my MKIII and while I was there I decided to take one of the new 2010 Tundras out for a test drive. So I put the...
I had a problem like this, for me it was the electrical connector located behind the passenger side kick panel. It carries power for the window motor and it had worked itself loose.
Evo's are no joke. I have a buddy with a Evo 9 RS with some decent BPU style upgrades. I've driven it and my butt dyno says it would wax my ass. It might be because of the lighter weight and the stiff as hell chassis that the RS's came with but that car feels evil quick. It's a solid car and it...
I'm assuming this is a 2JZ-GE, as such I would stick with the 7M.
If it is the 2JZ-GTE then that's sick deal and I would jump on it. Just know that with the 2JZ swap there are a lot of little things that can add up very quickly.
