Did you check for codes? What all did you rebuild on the engine? Did you take the head off? If so, how did you re-align the cams with the crank? How did you set your CPS? Did you check your timing?

Chanced are you've got some work to do. First, get that fuel fitting sealed, and when you fire up your car, do it where you don't have any flammable material lying around. Next... figure out what's been damaged by the fire. A good portion of the stuff in your engine bay is actually very fire...

I'm a big fan of the cheap boost leak testers that a bunch of the folks on here have built. If your engine bay is still stock, chances are a bunch of your rubber IC piping couplers are cracked by now.
