but why bother chipping the coal off of that when you can buy something a bit more substantial? you're already going to replace the rods and mains on a troubled engine, just have some extra money from not having to clean 3 inches of rust and dirt from everywheres.

as for the 64lb holding strength of the magnet, i wouldnt put too much faith in that. i use some welding magnets for holding my pieces together while working and they hold 60 lbs, still not strong enough to resist a small jerk of the electrode if it gets stuck.

that's the exact one. my mom works at the ATK arsenal in Radford, Va. seems like theyve always got projects going on.

are you guys saying it's impossible to reach that wire? when i replaced the starter (i went the hard way, removing the entire intake) i had to unplug the wire and there's a 4 or 5 inch length of the wire with a connector for the reverse lights. really easy to reach, it wasn't too far from the...

i can't wait for that day to come. would it be worth it to build a ge motor for response instead of power? go with lightened pulleys and gears, an aluminum DS, lightened flywheel and so forth?

yeah, if i remember right the TPS is pretty expensive, just try to adjust it first.

did anyone hear of an assault rifle that ATK was making? i'd seen it a while back when it was in the prototype stages, but can't remember the name for the life of me.
