Here you go. It's circled, and there are 8 bolts holding it one. You CAN get it off without pulling the head, but it's far from easy, I bought some special tools to get in there.

Hmm... you're right, those aren't stock seats. I thought they were, just recovered at first, but now I see the backs are odd. You should find out what kind they are, and compare by sitting in some real Supra seats, see if you want to switch back.
