axle/drive is a pain in the ass because the engine is vert output. im going to try and use the transaxle off of the mower. brakes? ive got a 3" diameter disc off the side of the trans, does that count? ill have to get pictures of it tomorrow, its a joke.

speed, that 6" brace is the biggest i can get in behind the transaxle. im gonna put another one on the other side, and a sh*tload of crossbracing between the transaxle, engine and seat :) more to come tomorrow. thanks a bunch for the tip!

yep, havent even begun to think about the important stuff like clutch/idler pulley and shifter. however, i do have a welder, a grinder and a sawzall so not much is getting in my way.
