It can be fixed, and I'd probably expect it to cost about $300 to repair, without paint, since the whole car needs paint anyways. PS: That's an 85 AE86, not an 86, not that it makes that much difference. It looks like it's in pretty nice condition overall, but could actually look pretty nice...

Generally speaking as far as maintenance parts, usually Toyota is pretty consistant across the board, as far as I've seen generally speaking usually MKIV and MKIII replacement parts are almost the same price.

Dealer options aren't generally listed in the EPC. The CD player is listed for 88, but I've never seen one before.

Yes, when we replace them, we replace the whole arm, because the uppers almost never wear out, it's almost 99% of the time, the lowers, which is why they're cheap and easily replaceable.

In cars with headlight washers, they have a switch for it, and they only work with the headlights up.
