jeff-
you dont have to prepay to race from 5pm on, and not sure you even have to prepay for the private session.
the reason most require prepay for the dyno is they have to front the money to rent a time slot on the dyno. if you have 20 people say they are gonna dyno and you rent a 5hr...
i dont see what is to decide?
i just see you saying it isnt and leaving it at that. please post your side.
either way, its a moot point for me. im either low throttle (<15%) or i'm letting 'er eat with the pedal thru the floor.
like i said earlier, lots of troubles can happen at mid...
agree 100%. i know of a few motors that have been lost because of this. 1/2 throttle so the ecu is trying to maintain 14.7:1 and boosting 18psi. not pretty.
wait- you say open loop. i guess you meant closed loop. so as of now i agree 99% ;)
if you have the elbow on there you could prob get away w/ it briefly. altho i still dont recommend it. extremely hot exh gas makes hell for wiring and hoses. if you dont even have an elbow on there, dont even think about it.
the date hasnt been set firm yet. always open for suggestions of what would be best for the majority.

and where is this hotel and what is the name?
edit: i see where you updated the first post in the chi2k6 thread. i missed that. again, it would be ideal if everyone that was staying overnight went to the same hotel. so if thats where you want to stay let's lock it in :)
jon-

i think we should get something going on this and perhaps get a group rate going. thoughts?
i'll say it again.
booooo!
altho..... dont you have another 87? gwen will be out of town and wont miss it :evil2:
besides, im sure you have a tranny swap down to 30 min haha
glad you got it running strong tho!
why would you go over to IL? i always go straight up 65 to the wonderful city of gary indiana :)
looking like friday morning is the travel time for us.
yeah i agree prob just air in the coolant system. most cars you just fill it up and go. youd think they would know better w/ a supra, but maybe not.
as far as the hissing noise, id take a close look at the throttlebody and intake manifold gaskets. recheck torque on the bolts too. if...
most of the songs listed ive never even heard of. but im not a rap fan. some stuff is ok but in general its just not what i listen to.
yeah! i bookmark'd your site a while back when i saw it in your sig over at sf.
i really like this is a dream and dust angels :)
